The word Liebster is German meaning ‘favorite’ or ‘dearest’. That said, it is with humble thanks to Kay Wallace at @ http://kaywallacescrapbooking.blogspot.com/ that I can now proudly post the Liebster Blog Award "blinkie" on my blog.
